Master Stylist
Our Master Stylists are fully qualified experts who have completed the full PORTFOLIO onboarding program, advanced Wella Professional education, and cutting masterclasses designed to elevate their technical and creative skill set. With over five years of experience and a commitment to excellence, they effortlessly deliver the Portfolio vibe through precision, artistry, and care.
Advanced Stylist
Our Advanced Stylists are highly skilled colourists and cutters with a minimum of five years’ industry experience. They have completed the PORTFOLIO onboarding program and continue to refine their craft through ongoing training and advanced education. With a deep understanding of the Portfolio approach, they deliver exceptional results with confidence and creativity.
Senior Stylist
Our Senior Stylists are skilled colourists and cutters. They have completed the PORTFOLIO onboarding program and continue to refine their craft through ongoing training and advanced education. They have been enrolled and continue to complete their essential Wella education training. An advanced or master stylist may support them during the service.
Emerging Stylist
Our Emerging Stylists are the rising stars of the Portfolio team. They are currently completing their training modules under the guidance of our Senior team. With a passion for healthy hair and colour, they bring fresh energy and growing expertise to every appointment. A little extra time may be allocated for your service, and a Senior Stylist may join the consultation to support their ongoing development.

How do I book?
Contact the salon on 02 9997 1343 to speak with our lovely staff or book online.
Where do I park?
There is limited street parking out front of the salon or Woolworths offers 3 hours of free parking. Please allow extra time to find a spot and arrive at your appointment on time.
How long does the appointment take?
Depending on the service, appointments can take from 3-6 hours. Because the overall look is unique to each individual, guaranteeing an exact time frame isn’t exactly possible.
What products do you use?
We proudly use Wella Professionals colour and products, voted the number 1 colour brand in the world. Also, we stock Kérastase hair care products.
How much will my service cost?
The price guide above is a guide only. Your stylist can give you a full breakdown before starting your service. Alternatively, we offer free consultations for you to come in and have a chat before you book your service so there are no surprises!
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, and are accepted by phone, SMS or by walking into the salon prior to your appointment.
If you have confirmed your appointment (by any of the options above) and then do not arrive at the appointed time, Portfolio may deem it necessary to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Does the colour cost include a cut or blow-dry??
No, the cost of your colour service does not include a cut or blow-dry. These need to be booked separately.
What if I’m unhappy and need an adjustment to my hair?
Please contact as soon as possible! We offer adjustments up to 10 days after the service.
Who will look after me during my visit?
For long colour appointments, you’ll meet our wonderful team! Your chosen stylist/colourist will start your service, and then our amazing junior team, trained by our core staff, will assist at the basin with toners, treatments, and dry-offs.
